Fkbp11是用基因芯片对小鼠肝细胞癌组织中差异表达基因进行筛选过程中获得的一个功能未知基因，属于Fk506结合蛋白家族成员，具有一个保守的肽基辅氨酸异构酶(peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerases，PPIase)结构域，主要在腺体组织中高表达，前期的体外实验提示Fkbp11可能通过影响细胞周期参与肿瘤的发生过程。
